Warranty

All Mantis equipment is to be registered online with our Warranty Department as soon as the dealer takes receipt of the equipment. The Warranty will be transferred to the owner once the equipment has been placed into service. The Warranty period begins once the unit has been placed into service.

All warranty claims are to be submitted online. We recommend attaching pictures and providing detailed descriptions of each claim. The equipment must be registered before claims can be submitted.
